Welcome to the Ukraine Info ("UAI") Discord Bot. By using the UAI Bot, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Description of Service
The UAI Bot provides notifications about air raid alerts, messages from the Telegram channel of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (@kpszsu), and notifications from eTryvoga (єТривога). The bot uses artificial intelligence to analyze these messages and identify which regions should be notified and the types of danger indicated. Additionally, the bot provides exchange rate information using the National Bank of Ukraine's (NBU) public API.
3. Accuracy and Reliability
- The information provided by the UAI Bot may be inaccurate or incomplete due to the limitations of artificial intelligence and data sources.
- Users should not rely on the bot for making decisions that influence life or death situations, such as identifying sheltering locations or times to hide.
4. Limitation of Liability
- The UAI Bot and its administration are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the bot, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages.
- The bot may be down for maintenance, technical problems, or other issues beyond the control of the owners.
5. Use of Information
- Access to the bot and the use of its content is carried out solely at your discretion and at your own risk.
- The bot cannot be used to identify sheltering locations, places, and times to hide.
6. Third-Party Services
- The UAI Bot acts as a kind-of proxy between the user and eTryvoga, distributing messages on its behalf. Users should also review eTryvoga's Public Offer and Privacy Policy:

7. No Warranty
The UAI Bot is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The administration does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Changes to the Terms
The administration reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the bot constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law

10. Abuse of the Bot
- Users must not abuse, exploit, or attempt to harm the UAI Bot or its services in any way.
- Any form of abuse, including but not limited to spamming, attempting to overload the bot, or using the bot for malicious purposes, is strictly prohibited.
- If a user is found to be abusing the bot or causing harm that affects other users, the administration reserves the right to ban the user from accessing the bot.
- Repeated or severe abuse may result in permanent loss of access to the UAI Bot.
